HERITAGE QUAY SHOPPING COMPLEX & PIER – currently Leased to Global Ports Holding Ltd, by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda. The property was completed in 1988 and is the first project of the St. John’s Development Corporation. Heritage Quay is the main port of entry for cruise ships. Over 65 duty free shops specializing in a variety of goods namely: leather, jewelry, liquor, clothing, linen chinaware, souvenirs, cigars, perfumes and other fragrances etc. There are several restaurants and Bars as well as Casino. The pier has been expanded and improved o accommodate oasis and quantum class ships.
